• Commercial partnerships, consignment agency contracts, and stock handling are governed by formal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) executed individually between GK Pharmaceuticals and principal companies.
• Website content serves as informational corporate literature and does not constitute a legally binding quote or direct retail offer of prescription drugs to the general public.

2. Pharmaceutical Regulatory Compliance

All stock handling, intake, storage, and dispatch operations conducted by GK Pharmaceuticals strictly conform to statutory guidelines:

• Drug Licensing: Operations occur strictly under active Wholesale Drug Licenses issued by the respective State Drug Licensing Authorities.
